    woke up at 6:20 todae. juiced. went to the gym. got there around 7:05? everything was fine until about 8:10? then i cudnt breathe. felt dizzy. dehydrated. bout the faint. did some squats at 210 lbs and went home. wanted to stay till 9:30 but here i am? tired. blood rushing to my head. gonna take a quick nap. ...

    ... man i cud be more healthy.
